Throw a junior SDR at a half-baked offer and a cold list, hope something lands, lose six months and twenty grand. He knew the offer was the problem more often than the SDR was.
Now he runs the calls, writes the sequences, and sits in the inbox for every Knockly client himself. If the offer cannot convert cold traffic yet, he will tell you on day five and send the setup fee back. He does not take projects he does not believe in.
